The breakfast was light and delicious with juices and omelette, the restaurant was excellent. Our room was stocked and contemporary, available with especially the bathrooms at the Melia as well as toiletries. The location of the hotel was favourable and ideal - a 10-15 minute walking distance from a grand boulevard. Parks and mountains were near the property.

The rooms were clean, but renovation would be great.
unfortunately the house has its best years behind it. breakfast was bad. for 5 stars very bad. the coffee should be served at the table, but there was no waiter! room, friendliness of the staff and also the offer extremely inferior.

The reception and our room were very tastefully newly renovated. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The location of the hotel sensational. We've been there the second time and we'll come back many more times.

the staff, the "level" experience, the bedroom, the breakfast
The swimming pool (all the light not switch on, jaccuzzi doesn't work), the spa area. I've heard all the noise from the room next to mine (people talking late a night, someone who oppen the window...)

The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of the city centre and the palace. You have everything you need in immediate vicinity. The hotel itself is very comfortable and well equipped. The staff is very friendly.

The location of the hotel to explore Madrid is ideal. By underground from the airport in less than half an hour. We got an upgrade to "The Level" for a small extra charge. Thus we had a room on the 11th floor, breakfast included and access to the lounge (The Level) with free drinks and snacks until 23 o'clock....The closet, which can be opened from the corridor as well as from the bathroom. There are products from Loewe in the bathroom...a good choice.

Just an ideal choice for a weekend jaunt in Madrid with attractive and competitive value for money. The breakfast in the Level Lounge was nice, especially when it was less busy. Arrive early for food to avoid the crowds.

Location, size of room, comfort, breakfasts. The views from the upper floors are very fine.
Service at the front desk is sometimes helpful, sometimes rather brisk. The front desk also failed to provide the agreed wake-up call. This created a rushed morning when we had to catch a plane.

Brace yourself for this review!
During my five-night stay, the room was spacious, and breakfast was satisfying. The staff, particularly Aaron and Juan Carlos, were approachable and helpful. We encountered nuisances like thin walls leading to noise disturbances. Though the bar offered a wide drink selection, it didn't fully mask the other issues. Consider your options carefully!

The staff was great and they made me feel like I was really welcome. They were not too official and not too relaxed either, I think. The breakfast had a wonderfull selection of food.
The room was really noisy. Mainly it was noise from the streets but it was 9th floor so I just wonder what it was like in the lower floors. The windows didn't close properly which made the noise issue even worse. Also the lock of the room door was damaged, looking like someone had broke into the room. The public parking really is not anyhow related to the hotel and the hotel staff refused to give any help when I had some language (I had to make a one month contract for parking) issues with the parking staff.
